• 1. What is your turnaround time?

    For all regular sessions my turnaround time is 3 weeks. Of course, life can get in the way, so if I need more time to finish your gallery I will always communicate my timeline with you. 

    For weddings my turn around time is 7-9 weeks. 

    I do send generous preview galleries for all sessions and weddings!

  • 2. Can you give me more info about the preview gallery? And do I get to pick the photos I get?

    For regular sessions, you will receive a preview gallery within 24 hours of the shoot. For weddings, I return a generous preview gallery within 1-5 days of the wedding.

    I will be choosing the best moments from the shoot/wedding for the preview gallery. I will include specific photos upon request.

  • 3. How many photos do we get back?

    I don’t have a cap on the amount of photos I return in the final gallery. I give back all the photos that turn out well. Please look at the pricing guides for more info.

  • 4. How do you deliver our photos?

    You will receive your high resolution photos through an online gallery, where you can download them to any phone, or computer. You may also order prints, canvases, or photo albums through the online gallery as well. 

  • 5. How do I book with you?

    For all regular sessions– After the date is chosen, and the retainer is paid you will officially be in my calendar. 

    For weddings– After the contract is signed and the retainer is paid your date will officially be in my calendar.

  • 6. How much is the retainer?

    For regular sessions I require a 50% retainer to reserve your session. Remainder is due the day of the session. 

    For weddings I require a 50% retainer as well. The remainder is due 1 week before your date. 

  • 7. Is our retainer refundable?

    Legally, your retainer is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your session, or wedding the retainer is transferable to that new date. Depending on my availability. 

  • 8. What if we need to reschedule or cancel our session/wedding date?

    If we need to reschedule, that’s ok! I understand that unexpected things happen. Your deposit can be applied to a different date as long as I’m available! If you need to cancel your session for whatever reason, I completely understand, but unfortunately a refund will not be issued because legally your retainer is non-refundable. 

  • 9. Do you return RAW/ unedited photos?

    I do not deliver RAW images to my clients. Without my editing, it is not a true reflection of my work, and artistic ability.
